Ed Augustitus, MS, CSCS is an Associate Professor in Exercise Science, Health, and Physical Education at Harford Community College. He is an avid mountain biker and road rider for 30+ years and will share his vast knowledge of nutrition for fellow cyclists and humans in general.

Flat Tire Repair
Sean Donahue is the Service Manager at the Bike Doctor in Bel Air Maryland and will demonstrate how to repair flats for both tube and tubeless. If you have a wheel with a tire that is really hard to get off, bring it with you for some tips!

2026 Opening Day
The 2026 riding season is tentatively planned for April 25th with a rain date of May 2nd.
