Membership
HVCC memberships are renewed through PayPal and cover one calendar year (January 1st - December 31st). Go to the Join/Renew page to get started. Please note the Join/Renew page will be disabled from approximately October 1st through December 31st.
Membership Renewal Process
All membership renewals occur between January 1 and March 31. New members can join at any time. The annual membership fee is $20 and is good for the calendar year (January 1 - December 31).
We will send out a couple of reminders for renewals but if you haven't renewed by April 30, you will be moved to the Former Members list and you will be removed from the Google group. You can rejoin any time after that and you will be reinstated as a member.

Google Group Information
HVCC uses Google Groups as its primary means of Club communication. When you join HVCC, the email address that you submit will receive an invitation to join the HVCC Google Group by the end of the month in which you join. Your invitation will expire within a few weeks so don't delay in responding to the invitation. If you have any problems accepting the invitation, please send an email to [email protected].
