President - Craig Miser
Craig began mountain biking in 1994 and road biking in 1998. He joined HVCC around 2005 and has completed several multi-day touring trips over the years. Craig is now involved in road, touring, mountain biking and cyclocross and leads the club's Cycling Enthusiasts rides. He currently competes in mountain bike and cyclocross races in the Mid-Atlantic region. Craig assumed the position of HVCC President in 2015.

Vice-President - Bob Buchanan
Bob has been a member of HVCC for 12 years and a Board member for 7 years. He has managed the club's jersey ordering for many years and has also been a ride leader. He organizes the HVCC "Meet and Greet" with support from his wonderful wife, Barbara. Bob also managed "Bike for Breast Cancer" from 2007-2012, used his American League Cycling Instructor Certification for an HVCC program to train new cyclists, and coached the Leukemia Lymphoma Society "Team in Training" cycling program in Harford County for 2 years. Bob has been serious about cycling since 2003, logging 5k miles many of those years. In June 2010, he completed a 900 mile, 13 day tour from Bar Harbor, ME to Bel Air, MD.

Larry has been a cycling enthusiast for the last 30 years or so, mostly road cycling. He also enjoys bicycle touring, having gone on several multi-week self-supported trips in addition to many shorter ones. Larry plans to cycle across the U.S. northern tier in a couple of years (west to east) and is looking for ride companions.
